The fact is...Black Women and Girls' quality of life has to improve. In order to drive change, Sistallect, Inc. has produces reports that looks at qualitative and quantitative data to provide an accurate depiction of what Black females experience in California compared to their female counterparts.

Sistallect, Inc. drives change through advocacy and partnerships. Throughout the state, we look for opportunities to work with like minded organizations and individuals that are committed to make change happen. Our statewide advocacy partner is Black Women Organized for Political Action. We work with countless other organizations on issue specific initiatives.

Throughout the year, Sistallect, Inc. organizes campaigns around initiatives and issues that are important to Black Women and Girls.
